There is so much I love, its hard to pick just one ! So here are my Top 10 reasons, each one benefitting the body, mind or spirit :
- The sense of accomplishment from following a plan and reaching goals
- Cute running clothes
- Keeps my body looking young and fit
- Knowing I am doing something good for myself
- The connection it gives you with other people. (I am currently at a conference in Mexico for work. I love seeing my colleagues on the treadmill at 6 a.m. A completely different way to connect)
- The opportunities it gives for travel, destination races
- A healthy addiction
- Relieves stress
- Allows me to indulge in chocolate and wine
- Gets me outside, in the fresh air… and replenishes my vitamin D !
