I am feeling really well at the moment. Over the past few days I have gotten in a lot of exercise, fresh air and have eaten very well. My body is loving me for treating it so well!
My exercise had been varied :
Thursday : got up before work to do a 25 minute Jillian Michaels DVD
Friday : 45 minute aqaugym class
Saturday : 10K with intervals
Sunday : 25 minute Jillian DVD + 45 minute power walk (had to once again take advantage of the fantastic weather, except this time there were a TON of people). I also spent time stretching and foam rolling.

We had summer like weather in Paris this weekend, 60s on Saturday and in the 70s today, Sunday. I went running on Saturday morning, it was glorious, one of the best runs I have had in a long time. It was early, not too many people, sunny but cool. I took my camera and stopped quite a bit along the way.

Yeah ! Over an hour and I could have kept going but I didn’t want to push it with my foot.
Also had same fantastic food this weekend.
Protein pancake, half a banana, almond butter and yogurt :
Broccoli omlette with quinoa, cheese plate :
Roast beef with salad, homemade pesto and marinated veggies, chicken with roasted carrots, zucchini and mashed broccoli :
I know my body is thanking me this evening for treating it so well these past few days.
