Here is a quick look at last week’s food & fitness :

Fitness :

  • Wednesday : 60 minutes at the gym, mainly weights and ab work
  • Saturday : 11 km run
  • Sunday : 40 minutes at the pool (the swimsuit is not sexy but very practical. And I was not the only one who had a suit like that ! Back to the 50s ?)

Food : I did a lot of cooking this past week. I am loving all of the fall veggies.

We had a great weekend.

Saturday, after running and going to the market, I went Christmas shopping with my girls. We were very productive.

Saturday evening, we had a wine & cheese dinner party with friends we hadn’t seen for a while. At least 10 different kinds of cheeses, three different red wines and great company.

On Sunday, my husband and I went to see Interstellar. It was fantastic, we absolutely loved it. I was not familiar with the story going in, but it was filled with great ideas, emotion, and MAJOR food for thought about society and our future. Not to mention Mathew McConaughey. And for once a non violent film (finally) !

We have a four day weekend here in France, so I am looking forward to another 2 days off.
